If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sociocap ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Sociocap is a professional networking platform that enables users to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation: You must register for an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Account Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
3.4 Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

6.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations.
6.2 Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
6.3 Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new prices.
6.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.5 Refunds: Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
6.6 Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sociocap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
8.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.5 Essential Purpose: The limitations in this section apply even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SocioCap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms of service.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature.
11.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.4 Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sociocap regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
16. Waiver
The failure of Sociocap to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party at any time.
18. Notices
We may provide notices to you through the Service, by email, or by posting on our website. Notices are effective immediately upon posting or sending.
19. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
